Smile Planet’s staff benefit from a dedicated Employee Welfare Manager who’s absolute priority is to ensure that the needs and interests of employees are listened to and continuously facilitated. The Welfare team manages a variety of events such as sports meets, tournament matches and internal social activities including the Annual Smile Planet Carnival which is a festival of sporting and recreational activities, Team bonding that takes place over a period of 8 weekends usually End of the year. This is our largest event annually with employees competing in 7 events including Swimming, Football, Volleyball, Cricket, Tennis, Signing, Dancing, Chess, and Painting to represent their Department.
